ARE YOUR SHAKES KETO FRIENDLY?
Our regular shakes have 24g protein, 9g sugar, 14g carbs, 5g fat, 5g fiber, 200-240 calories
WHAT TYPE OF PROTEIN ARE IN THE SHAKES?
Our go-to is Soy Protein. We also have the ability to make shakes using Whey or Pea Protein.
CAN I MAKE THESE PRODUCTS AT HOME?

WHAT IS A COMBO?
A combo consists of any size shake and any size tea purchased together
